Founded in New York City in 2009, Onia creates modern swim and resort wear built around fit, fabrication, and detail. We design with clean lines and a refined point of view, using premium materials selected for performance and longevity. Our collections span men’s and women’s swim, resort apparel, and lifestyle essentials, made to move seamlessly between coast and city.

Onia has also collaborated with The Standard Hotel, Viceroy Hotel, Gurney’s, Theory, Free People, W Hotel, Mr Porter, Diane von Furstenberg, and the US Open, among others.

Trunks Surf & Swim Co, Life By The Water®, is our modern swim and resort brand within The Onia Group. Inspired by coastal living and built for accessibility, Trunks delivers easy, well made essentials with clean fits, elevated fabrics, and effortless style. From performance swim materials to relaxed, resort ready textures, each piece is designed to work at the beach, on the street, and everywhere in between. Trunks is positioned for value focused retail partners and price conscious customers across wholesale and DTC.

Beyond our owned brands, The Onia Group is a private label and product development partner for leading retailers. We design, develop, and deliver full swim and resort programs through our in house design and technical team, backed by deep category expertise, established factory relationships, and fast execution. Current partners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, PacSun, Tillys, Urban Outfitters, Banana Republic, and Gap.
